We’re looking for a dedicated Security Control Room Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll supervise all aspects of operational security daily and serve as the first point of contact for our static security guards and security dog handlers.
Requirements: Valid SIA license
Able to meet vetting standards (BS7858)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Strong written and spoken English skills
Polite, professional phone manner for client and employee interactions
Previous experience in security/control room operations (preferred)
Higher education (preferred)
Responsibilities: Assist in deploying security teams and mobile drivers using online software
Respond to emergencies professionally
Coordinate with emergency services as needed
Prepare accurate incident reports
Details: Shifts: 8-hour and 12-hour night shifts available
PAYE role
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Day and night shifts
Experience: 1 year in security (preferred)
Location: On-site
